An important aspect of the portfolio work is to promote student reflection processes to improve learning - and processing power. After completion of the first round of my care concept "focawa" I come to the conclusion that must be included with this aspect to a new level of care quality in the teaching environment. In my case, the students have just emerged as a dedicated recorders, which have a high social sensitivity. These students should be given increased support, as their learning potential is closely related to the ability to integrate into the group.
